 1 small cucumber
 3 tsp CH Supreme Green Blend
 4 tsp CH Colloidal Minerals
 1 tsp CH Probiotics
 1 cup organic coconut water or filtered water
 1 apple
 1 banana, frozen
 Large handful of mixed fresh spinach, parsley and celery tops
 1 peeled orange, quartered
 4 fresh dates
 6 CH Cacao Melts
 4 tsp heaped CH Inca Inchi Protein Powder
 4 tbsp CH Inca Inchi Oil
 ½ cup ice

Blend all ingredients together, just add more water for a thinner consistency.
