This is a wonderful, quick and easy healthy smoothie packed full of goodness!

1 Cup Organic Coconut milk
3 Tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Oil
1 Apple (frozen)
2 Tbsp almonds (activated or soaked)
2 Tbsp dessicated coconut (preservative free and no added sugar)
1 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
1 vanilla bean, scraped
A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed salt
Honey, pure maple syrup or Changing Habits Maleo to taste

Roughly chop the frozen apple (if it's frozen you won't need ice), and add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix.
