Rinse and drain the slim pasta.
Crush the garlic clove, slice the shallot and chilli on the diagonal, cut ginger in half.
In a saucepan, add two tablespoons of broth, sauté́ the garlic and chilli.
Add remaining broth to pot.
Add the herbs and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
Discard the herbs.
Add the cabbage and pasta to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve and garnish with chilli and fresh coriander leaves.
