This juice contains plenty of iron, complemented by an array of other minerals and vitamins that help the body absorb iron. Choose fruits and vegetables carefully: the fresher they are, the higher they will be in vitamins and minerals. If you grow your own parsley (very easy to do) you can pick it fresh before juicing.

 2 apples
 1 stick celery
 2 medium carrots
  cup fresh parsley, chopped (add more or less to taste)

Add the washed, chopped pieces of fruit to the juicer and collect the juice.
